This portal provides direct REST access to the Census Coordinate System™ (CCS)—delivering verified registry data, exact D&O risk scores, the global LEI bridge, and real-time compliance state changes.

The Security Perimeter: Authentication

All API requests require a Bearer token in the Authorization header. Keys are prefixed fc_live_ (production) or fc_test_ (sandbox).

Webhook Events

Webhook delivery is available only for admitted event types and configured subscriptions. HMAC-SHA256 signatures can authenticate a delivered payload; they do not establish the completeness or authority of the underlying source record.

`compliance.lei_retired`	CRITICAL: LEI status changed to RETIRED.
`compliance.sanctions_hit`	New sanctions match detected for a board member.
`person.mandate_changed`	Executive mandate status changes.

Configured webhook payloads include an HMAC-SHA256 signature. Consumers must validate the signature and separately evaluate the record-level source evidence.

The Preservation of Statutory Artifacts

Jurisdiction-specific identifiers are returned in their stored representation where available. Normalized fields remain distinct from source-text fields, and users should verify material identifiers against the cited primary source.
